About this EveNT
Member's Event Information
Only those on the confirmed Performer's list are eligible to take part in this event.
You are required to be at the event between 2 and 2:20pm. Please be prompt as it will be difficult to grant site access after this time. We need you to gather at the VIP entrance on the corner of Mounts Pond Road and Hare and Billet Road.
Eleanor will be leading you as Abi has been booked for a recording session so please look out for both her and Ross at the entrance where they will have your tickets for entry.
THERE IS NO PARKING ON-SITE - please travel by public transport where possible - there are a few car parks in Blackheath but they get very busy at the weekend regardless of additional events!
Dress Code: Usual Festival Summer Term Choir colours - white, purple and black. Soul Choir t-shirts and hoodies encouraged if you have them and festival style glitter and sparkle would be fab if you can! Please no blue jeans or patterns!
A reminder that strictly no phones or lyrics are to be used during our performance.
As always with these larger, busier events there are some rules that must be adhered to for everyone's safety. See below for those that are most relevant:
- Empty water bottles can be taken in and filled at the water stations provided
- No outside food or drink can be brought on site
- No aerosols or glass bottles allowed
- Ensure your bag is no larger than an A4 sheet
- No chairs but blankets allowed
- NO RE-ADMISSION AFTER ENTRY
You can find full details about the rules of the event HERE - please make sure you have a look.
General information about the event, food, acts etc can be found HERE
For those who have purchased one of our charity guest tickets, you will be receiving more info as and when we have it - thank you.
