Your Christmas Concert isn’t too far away on Saturday, 5th December, and we’re starting to put the staging and logistical arrangements together. You’ll be needed from around 5:30pm (if you’re involved in Chamber Choir or a solo/duet, you’ll be needed a little earlier than the main choir - more information about this coming soon).
To clarify - there is absolutely no limit on the number of members who can perform, and we’d love as many of you as possible to be involved! 🎉
We do, however, need to know how many people we’re expecting on stage so that we can plan the staging, positioning and practical logistics for the evening. This includes making sure we have enough space and the right staging arrangements in place for everyone who wants to perform.
👉 Please let us know whether you’ll be performing by Sunday 1st November using the button below. You only need to submit your name if you are intending to perform.
Even if you’re not 100% sure yet, please give us your best indication. Having the most accurate numbers possible is really important so we can make the necessary arrangements and avoid any last-minute staging or logistical issues on the night.
Thanks!
Amy
